85% less manual work, at five banks

Turning what a bank asks for into something engineers can build

What was wrong

Banks describe what they want in their own language. Engineers build from written specifications. Projects die in the gap between those two things.

What we found

Almost every fault traced back to a sentence that meant two things. Not to the code, and not to the model.

What we built

  • The specifications, written so one reading was possible
  • Test plans that proved the build matched them
  • The fault trail, so a live issue could be traced back and fixed

What changed

Manual processing dropped by 85%. Decisions came back 15% faster. Faults got traced instead of argued about.

What they own now

The banks run it. The documents are theirs, and so are the systems built from them.
