The Problem

You know AI should be doing more. But not much has changed.

Your people already use it. They build their own tools with it. A year on, the P&L has not moved.

Operational chaos

Where is it, who has it, has it gone out.

Every new client is a fresh start

Nothing carries over from the last twenty.

Growth costs a head every time

More clients, more hands. Margin never moves.

The Core Offer

Your AI department, for less than the person you were about to hire.

An AI department inside your firm. Without the four-month search, the wrong fit, or the resignation.

Build the fix

We build the systems that move the numbers, running inside the tools your team already has open. Working software, not a slide.

Find the money

We learn how your money moves, then name the work worth changing. And what to leave alone.

Teach your people

We train your people to run it without us. No waiting in someone else's queue.

Show the number

Hours and dollars, reported every month against the baseline we priced on day one. On your P&L, not our dashboard.

How It Works

Three steps to a department.

01

A 30-minute call

Tell us where the work piles up. We tell you whether there is anything here worth building. No deck, no pitch.

02

The AI Diagnostic

Inside the business, pricing every process at what your people actually cost. You leave with one target and the payback math.

Typically 7-10 working days
03

We become your AI department

At least one system live every month, your team always trained to run it, and a monthly report on what it gave back and how it keeps performing.

6-12 months
What You Get

Your Tuesday, six months in.

Six jobs your people still do by hand, running on their own by then. They belong to the firm, so they keep running the week that person is away.

Day one, every time

An agent opens the job: folders, scope, plan, kickoff pack, drafted off the last twenty. Day one looks the same, whoever runs it.

A company brain

Every email, transcript, contract and past job for a client, in one place your agents read from. Whoever picks up the work next knows what was agreed, what it cost and where it stands.

Reports that write themselves

Pulled from every tool and partner you already use, in whatever format they send, assembled overnight. Your people read the report instead of building it.

A second pair of eyes

Drafted off your own past jobs and checked against your own checklist. It flags what it is unsure about instead of guessing, and a person still signs.

An end to chasing

Due dates that chase themselves: a nudge to the person, a note on the job, a flag to you when one slips. Nobody holds forty open items in their head.

Your next hire

The job your best person does, running as an agent the whole team uses. When they are out, nobody absorbs their work on top of their own.

Everything we build stays maintained, including the failures where nothing breaks and the number quietly stops meaning what it meant. No hour counts, no ticket queue, and a direct line to whoever built it.

Why Us

The next ten clients, without the next ten hires.

Most firms solve this by hiring. Here is what the year could look like instead.

Meet the team

The people behind Bon

Finance and operations people who build production AI. You work with all four.

The Bon team

Every company is about to need an AI department. Almost none of them can hire one, and the ones who try end up with the whole capability sitting inside a single employee.

We came from finance, operations and engineering. A master's in accounting and financial management from Uppsala University, a practising KPMG accountant on the team, and a founder who went from non-technical to shipping production AI in under ninety days. Since then we have advised CEOs at seven and eight-figure firms across five countries, and we run AI builder communities in Singapore and Australia.

So we became the department instead. We build inside your business, next to your people, and we train them as we go, so the capability does not leave when we do.

Eugene

Co-founder, Bon

Who you actually get

Four people. You get all four.

  • Eugene Zhang

    Eugene Zhang

    Co-founder, Bon

Built decision analytics for banks inside a Fortune 500 before Bon. He went from non-technical to shipping production AI in under ninety days, which is the same route your own team takes with us, and he runs every first call himself.

  • Joanna

    Joanna

    Founding Partner, Bon

Runs operations at Bon, and her own Airbnb business alongside it. Before that, real estate consulting, closing seven-figure property deals. Both are people and process rather than software, which is why a system we build survives contact with the people who actually have to use it on a Monday morning.

  • Erik Holmgren

    Erik Holmgren

Founding Partner, Bon · Accountant, KPMG

A practising KPMG accountant, not a former one, and a founding partner here. He built the invoice control a portfolio group buying stock from dozens of factories now runs on: it reads every line rather than a sample, and it found a high five figures of overpayment the manual spot checks had been walking past.

  • YQ

    YQ

Founder, Kairo Labs · In partnership with Bon

Runs Kairo Labs, an AI frontier lab, and some of Singapore's largest AI builder communities. When a build needs research-grade engineering, a model running on your own hardware or inference tuned to your own data, it goes to him. He is the reason we do not have to say no to the hard ones.

  • I used to do all of it on my iPad, at night. The government reporting, the paperwork, the accounts. It would take the whole night and it happened a few times a month. Now it is one login and it is already done. I look at it and that is it.

    Soo-jin K.

  • We asked for a website and got the team that builds websites. Our engineers had it running the same session and were suggesting their own changes by the end of the week.

    Cameron H.

    Managing Director, Creative agency, Australia

  • I expected a list of things we could automate. What I got was one thing, what it costs us every month at our own rates, and why it was first. That was worth the fee on its own.

    Bianca N.

    Managing Director, Creative agency, Australia

  • The monthly client pack used to eat someone's whole Tuesday. Ninety minutes and it now builds itself off the ledger. I review it and send it, and that is the entire job now.

    Priya S.

    Practice Manager, Accounting firm, Singapore

  • I went in sceptical. Three hours of CV reading per role, gone by the end of the call, and it was built on my actual brief rather than some generic template.

    Nathan B.

    Founder, Recruitment agency, Melbourne

  • We had always priced proposals on gut feel. Now the fee drafts itself from our own past projects, so there is a reason behind the number when a client pushes back on it.

    Omar A.

    Managing Partner, Architecture studio, Dubai

  • Everything came through my inbox and I was the reason work stopped moving. The triage got fixed in one session and I stopped being the bottleneck before lunch.

    Kate M.

    Director, Consulting firm, Sydney

  • Revenue was climbing and margin was not, and none of us could say why. It turned out the money was going into asset versioning, not the creative work we all assumed. Nobody had ever looked.

    Wei M.

    Chief Executive, Creative agency, Singapore

  • Operations in one system, finance in another, and the real answer in a WhatsApp group. He mapped where the double handling actually happened before anyone tried to build anything.

    Josh W.

    Chief Operating Officer, Logistics, Brisbane

  • I arrived with eleven ideas. He recommended one, killed seven and parked three. The seven he talked us out of were worth more to me than the one he built.

    Layla H.

Finance Director, Professional services, Abu Dhabi

  • Every new client used to mean another coordinator. Onboarding first, then the status reporting, then quoting. We have taken on more work this year without adding anyone.

    Daniel T.

    Managing Director, Professional services, Singapore

  • Contracts, past jobs and brand rules were scattered across drives nobody could navigate. Now people just ask it. New starters stopped queueing at my desk within a fortnight.

    Fiona R.

Client Services Director, Media agency, Sydney

  • Invoice matching first, then the exception flagging, then month end. One at a time, with our people trained on each before he moved on. That part mattered more than the software did.

    Khalid M.

Group Financial Controller, Group of companies, Riyadh

  • Four of our people, one real process, ninety days. They came out building on their own work, and we are not paying anybody a monthly fee to keep it alive. That was the whole point.

    Serene C.

    Partner, Consultancy, Singapore

  • We wanted this in the building rather than rented. He trained the next generation on our actual work, so the firm is built around them now instead of around a vendor.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Where does our data go?
Into your own accounts, never ours. Every tool we set up is opened in your name and billed to you, so your contracts, client work and financials stay exactly where they already sit. We work inside them and we do not hold a copy. When an engagement ends you change the passwords, and nothing leaves with us.
We already pay for ChatGPT and Copilot.
Keep them, genuinely. But those only work while someone is sitting there typing, so the value stops the moment they stop. What we build runs on its own against your data: the quote drafts itself, the report is ready before you are in, the invoice matches without anyone chasing it. A licence gives your team a better assistant. This gives the firm hours it did not have.
My team will not use it.
Honestly, fair, and that is why most of these die. So we build it with your people instead of dropping it on them. Everything runs inside tools they already have open, so there is nothing new to log into, and whoever will actually use it is in the room while it gets built. If nobody has touched it after a month, we will say so and kill it rather than dress it up as a win.
When do we actually see something?
The Diagnostic runs about 7 to 10 working days, and that is where we agree the baseline everything gets measured against. After that it is one system live a month, with your team trained on it as it goes. You are not sitting through a quarter of workshops wondering if this was worth it.
What happens when it gets something wrong?
It is built to stop rather than guess. Anything carrying money or a client's name waits for a human to approve it, and it flags what it was unsure about instead of pushing it through. We set that line with you: more autonomy where a mistake is cheap, more checking where it is not.
What do you need from us?
Less than you are probably picturing. Time with the people who do the work so we can see how it really moves, then the person who owns a process while their piece is being built. We are not trying to add a project to anyone's plate, and if it starts feeling like one, say so and we will change how we are working.
How do we know you will still be here in a year?
You do not, which is exactly why nothing we build depends on us. Every system runs in your accounts, and your people are trained on it while it is built rather than after. That is also the answer if one of them leaves: train one person and the whole capability walks out with them, so we train four. If Bon stopped tomorrow, everything we shipped keeps running and someone in your building can change it.
What is a fractional AI team?
Your AI department, part-time. We own the strategy, build the systems, train your people and report the return every month, without the cost or the four-month search of a full-time hire.
What happens in the AI Diagnostic?
We sit with the people doing the work, score every process worth changing, put a real monthly cost against the biggest one, and hand you the payback math. Usually 7 to 10 working days. We suggest pointing it at one department to start; company-wide is available and takes longer. The roadmap is yours whether you carry on with us or not.
What does it cost?
S$6,500 a month on a twelve-month term, S$7,500 on six. Anything you spend below it is credited in full.
Who is this for?
Firms doing around S$5M and up, in Singapore and Australia, with demand growing, no AI department, and no appetite to solve that by hiring one.
