The same check, at a two-million-dollar business

Proof the first one was a system, not a one-off

A second Swedish business, owner-run, turning over about two million a year and buying from a different set of suppliers.

What was wrong

The same problem in a different shape. Somebody senior was reading invoices by hand, catching what they happened to open, and missing the rest.

What we found

The second time was faster. The first build had already answered the hard questions, so this was a matter of pointing the same method at different suppliers and different paperwork.

What we built

  • The same checker, fitted to their suppliers
  • Their own sources as the reference, not ours
  • A one-page result they read instead of a spreadsheet they audit

What changed

Every line gets checked now, not a sample. The person who used to do it has that time back.

What they own now

Theirs outright, with nothing to renew. That it worked twice is the point of this one being here.
